Nick Neidorf has been the resident sound designer for The Porters of Hellsgate Theatre Co. since 2010, working on virtually all of their productions since Hamlet. In that time, he also wore many other hats (actor, producer, painter, promoter, fundraiser, general troubleshooter) as needs demanded. His hands-on experience and institutional knowledge with the company is far-reaching and has always been motivated by his passion for the Porters and their mission.

It is that same passion that inspired him to accept his new position as the inaugural President of the Board with the Porters of Hellsgate. He hopes to expand the Board into a fully separate (but no less dedicated) wing of the company, distinct from artistic and managerial leadership. More than that, he hopes to see the Porters through their nearly completed goal of performing the entire Shakespeare canon. He is excited to bring his experience and knowledge to bear in this new position.
